I blame illiteracy, unemployment, poverty and disregard for the sanctity of human life. In 2019 people are still doing rituals and all manner of stupid things. How won't a woman stand by and watch a boy being killed because of a phone. Even if he stole it. The government should start free open education for adults above 18 years. So many hoodlums think they are doing the right thing for the lady and society, they need to be educated and enlightened.

The woman should be charged to court alongside the people she went with.
