Electronics are common entertainment devices purchased in homes to make life and living comfortable because people are lover of music, movies, sports, politics and many more. Television is one major entertainment tool applicable to both the young and old, to view different programmes of interest.

In my home, we do experience conflict of interest on what programme to watch especially during this AFCON 2019. Though, there are smaller television in the bedrooms but the sitting room TV is quiter bigger and connected to woofer for mind blowing ambience. I love to watch sports, my wife prefers movies, my children like cartoons and my sister/ sister-in-law wants BBnaija. Most times, I usually leave my apartment for my neighbour's to enjoy football games.

This is compromise on my part for peace to reign at home, since I refuse to replicate the sitting room's atmosphere in the bedrooms nor patronize 5-in-1 dstv package.

How do you cope with yours?

In most cases, the kids usually have the day while every other person leave for their respective rooms. They can so disturb over cartoons!

I suggest recording the program you want to watch for later viewing.
I do the same with UFC matches for various reasons.
You can also buy a second decoder and connect both for Xtraview.
This will allow you watch two channels per TV.
The only cost is the purchase of hardware but a little bump in subscription fees.

I solved my issue by purchasing four decoders: two subscription accounts but four channels for TV stations.
It is not a must to watch soccer matches live.

Edit: Xtraview now supports three decoders running with one subscription account.
