You see, when it comes to real estate, we don't encourage you to own a home, we advise you to invest in one.

The difference is simple.

1. Investing in real estate are the strategic steps of identifying where and when to invest. If you arrive late, you won't be able to afford it anymore.

2. Investing in real estate is not about owning a home to live in but owning a property whose value appreciates fast and the massive rise in capital gain also pushes rental income upward resulting in dual gains, financial security and massive wealth accumulation.

3. Investing in real estate is not about (mere) buying plots of land, its about buying them in places the government will favour with projects like seaports, free trade zone, tertiary institutions, good network roads and other infractructure.

4. Investing in real estate is about buying property where companies and businesses are flocking into. Property don't just appreciate, inflocks of people makes it appreciate. In search for greener pasture people will move to the neigbourhood where multinationals are flocking. Small businesses will also move in to render through-put services to the giant ones and their staff.

5. It's about having the foresight to know the upcoming cities the money will be flowing into soon and buying before that place becomes a commercial hub.

6. It's never about proxity to work, church etc. It's not about whether you like the place or not. Buy where you'll get so much rental income that a fraction of it will be enough to pay your rent in the location of your choice.

7. If you buy a property in your village or a location that can't guarantee you geometrically rising capital gain and rental income, you are on your own. Don't blame it on your village people.

There is a procedure for success in every endeavour. It's same for real estate investment.

It's our passion and a pleasure to help you build massive wealth through real estate investing.
