Why do u think the NLC has never sued the state or federal government for non payment of salaries workers have laboured for...
apart from the fact that they partly corrupt, they know its a waste of time, Nigeria isn't yet sane enuf to win a case against any level of government. They won't even let the case get to trial before they kill it at counsel and judge hearing
