What started out as a joke online has turned into a full-blown event, which has been RSVP's by 5 lakh people to raid Area 51 and "see them aliens." If you have ever wanted to see an alien in real life, this may just be that opportunity.

ICYMI, a Facebook event, which was started by a public meme page Shitposting cause im in shambles, called "Storm Area 51, They Can’t Stop All of Us" went viral.

The creator of the page had started it as a joke, but they clearly did not anticipate the response. After the event was made online, more than 5,50,000 people RSVP’d to ambush Nevada’s famed Area 51 in September.

According to the event, attendees have been instructed to fly out to Lincoln Country, Nevada, from where they are supposed meet up at the Area 51 and the make an entry at 3 am.

The page description further reads, "If we naruto run, we can move faster than their bullets."

Area 51 is considered to be one of the most highly classified remote locations of the United States Air Force facility, where according to popular belief the US government houses and researches alien technology.

The event went viral online because of its absurdity, even drawing hilarious reactions from people trolling those who signed up for it.
