Since you mentioned somewhere of shift electrical enginee. Then I would make the following suggestions. 1. Study about electric motor wiring and maintenance. Particular direct online and the star Delta connection. 2. Study about VFD variable frequency drive for motors. .3 study about Motor controls center panels. Basically electrical control. 4.
