Hello guys! Hope you guys are all enjoying your weekend.
There are many weightloss pills in the market, with their various claims of making people to loose weight. Since most of them are very expensive, one cannot try them all, plus there is fear of their side effects too.
So my question is which weightloss pill/supplement/tea have you tried before or see someone tried that actually showed positive results. Pls share with others.
PS: diet &exercise still remains the healthiest way to loose weight
