In 2017, three (3) of my colleagues and I were contacted by a university and given appointment letter ( though not the original copy) as assistant lecturers in a new department they want to open to secure NUC's approval. After we attended the interview with NUC, the department was approved. The Registrar then assured us that will be formally employed as soon as they start recruiting. But they recruited this year 2019 with out attending to us. I'm seeking advice/suggestion on behalf of my colleagues on the next step to take. Thanks in advance. |
