I'm not surprised. I have always stuck to my own original claim that both parties rigged the election, APC only did it better overall.

Damn! PDP has lost its Inglorious reputation of committing undetected fraud. I mean, they can't even commit simple illegality well again.

The other way round, their fraud was always in the open, backed by executive might. They never learnt to do wayo on the downlow.

A witness called by the petitioners before the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) has admitted that himself and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) paid N10,000 to some soldiers during the last general election.

Suleiman Mohammed Bulama, who said he acted as the PDP’s ward collation agent in Jika Local Government, gave the information about the N10,000 payment in his written statement, which he admitted on Monday before the tribunal.

During cross-examination by lawyer to President Muhammadu Buhari, Alex Izinyon (SAN), Bulama, who was the petitioners’ witness, said he stood by his claim that they (himself and his party) paid the N10,000 to soldiers during the last presidential election.

When confronted by Izinyon that by their action they were bribing security officials, the witness said no. “We did not pay bribe.”

lalasticlala:
A witness in the corruption trial of Justice Adeniyi Ademola has alleged that President Muhammadu Buhari gave the embattled judge N500,000 while his certificate controversy was pending before Mr. Ademola.

Some persons had filed a suit challenging Mr. Buhari’s candidacy prior to the 2015 elections, alleging the president had no secondary school certificate as required by law.

The witness said the money was given through Mr. Buhari’s former lawyer, Kola Awodeyin.
The witness, however, said he does not consider the money a bribe.
Mr. Ademola is being prosecuted by the Nigerian government for alleged corruption. He has denied the charges and requested accelerated hearing at the trial in Abuja‎.

The federal judge is being prosecuted alongside his wife, Olubowale, and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Joe Agi.

If the man is really a PDP agent, he can never agree to have given bride. Something is wrong somewhere, either APC paid him to lie against the PDP or... In fact that's the only feasible reason. He's an APC mole!!
