The tickets are not the cheapest because cheapoair will add their fees which are approximately more than a quarter of the price of the ticket. These fees are hidden under taxes and airlines fees and average an extra $300-$500 to your ticket prices.
Futhermore Cheapoair offers a package called premium support on their site claiming that for $12.95 customers can make flight changes. This is blatant false representation . On a recent travel to China, changing the return flight date costs us $1093 in addition to the $1087 we paid for the ticket even after we bought the premium support package while booking the ticket.
Also once Cheapoair has your credit card details on file, they will keep making charges on your credit card and you can only connect to customer service by email or a 1-800 with a very lengthy wait time and agents who can never help you without assistance from a supervisor which takes forever.
