Hi NL so today I will be teaching you how to make your sardine salad.
Now you can use this sardine salad to eat yam, potatoes or bread.
The following are the ingredients you will need.

sardine
cabbage
cucumber
carrots
eggs
onions
green pepper
seasoning cube
salt
vegetable oil
PREPARATION.
slice your cucumber and set aside
slice your cabbage and set aside
slice your carrots and set aside
slice your green pepper and onion and set aside
beat your eggs well in a clean plate
Add your sardine to the eggs and beat them together so they can incorporate together.
Now place your pan on the stove
Add your vegetable oil depending on the quantity of eggs you are frying(I used 2tabsp for 1egg)
Now add the sliced onions allow to fry for 1sec
add your sliced carrots and green pepper
fry them together.
Add your sliced cabbage and cucumber and fry all for 1second.
Add your mixed egg and sardine and continue frying all in low heat
finally add your seasoning cube(not cubes)
