Job Duties and responsibilities

1. Handle petty cash, receiving, paying, system posting and reconciliation
2. Uploading bank transfers and system posting including Drafts and cheques issued
3. Generating PI based on PO issued
4. Posting General expense (non-operating expense) cash and check/transfer
5. Recording accruals & provisions as provided and signed by FM &/or FC
6. Supervise Filing and archiving vouchers
7. Prepare Reports as requested by FM &/or FC
8. Take up ad-hoc assignments as may be directed from time-to-time

Mimimum Qualification and Experience

1.Bachelor of Science in Accounting,Audit or Finance
2.Minimum of 3years practical experience in the field.
3.Good knowledge of excel and accountng software is a plus.
