QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

RNO&P RNO&P Engineer
• +3 years RNO&P work experience.
• Must be experienced in GSM or UMTS or LTE system test/analysis/optimization.
• Must be familiar with BSC/BTS or RNC/NodeB or eNB principles.
• Must be familiar with GUL KPI monitoring/performance optimization/feature deployment, etc.
• Must be familiar with EMS system, know how to extract KPI using the tool.
• Must be familiar with tools for TEMS/Discovery/MapInfo/Google Earth/Huawei.
• Preferred experience in swap/new site delivery.
• Strong RF troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Tool Designer Tool Designer
1. Have 2 or 3 years working experience in VBA(excel or access)
2. Ability to complete VBA tools development independently
3. Communication experience preferred
4. VB/Python/JAVA experience preferred

For 1: work with excel macro or access macro for 2-3years
For 2: can use excel macro or access macro to make some tools for the working reports or the other monitors.
For 3: if have communication experience of huawei, ZTE, NSN,E///, will be better.
For 4: if have the experience of tools development for VB/ Python/JAVA, will be better.
