@lapiz: yes d flat is liveable but will have to be renovated to your taste,it has just a toilet and a bath but additional ones can be created,its on the 1st floor and its bq is on the ground floor.if u like it and u r really interested, u can send a representative to inspect and give us your offer in writing which we will now discuss with the landlord. u can send me an email @debolakujore@yahoo.com or call back for any other info. thanks |
