The catastrophic flood that is currently ravaging at ikorodu is a monumental loss to nigeria. It has made the popular ikorodu road virtually impassable to both motorists and commuters in lagos. Who is to blame and what is the way out. My view, the state is to be blame, because its saw it coming as claimed, yet did nothing to protect its citizens. Too bad. Please state your own views here. No sentiment pls.
