Birth control is the solution. Nigerians like running away from this truth, people give birth without any plan for the children, building extra schools (Money matters - check the revenue of most states in Nigeria can't pay workers salary) to accommodate this number will only be a short term solution if we keep this high birth rate. |

JudasNaCarrot:Leave sentiment aside, bros. Out-of-school children are more in number in the north, but there is no single lg in nigeria today that you won't find children not going to school. The politicians are to blame. Islam has nothing to do with it, otherwise this disgraceful phenomenon will be prevalent in all Muslim-majority countries. Politicians have failed Nigeria. Simple. If you're in doubt, why is it that we never had this outrageous number of out-of-schools before these set of useless politicians captured the country in 1999? Kudos to SERAP for shaming these thieves in power by internationalising the issue. You guys in SERAP deserve the highest national award. While money-worshippers are busy collecting and appropriating 10%, you are genuinely working for the masses in true, sincere Godliness. 1 Like 1 Share |
