As a result of growth and expansion, a Christian Secondary School in OJODU needs staff to fill the following positions:

7. Hostel Matron


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be a CHRISTIAN who is passionate about raising Godly and disciplined Teenagers
* Ability to take initiative
* Team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
* Good time management skills 
* Should live around OJODU axis


PRINCIPAL (in addition to General requirements)

* A graduate with a minimum of B.Ed/PGDE (a Masters degree will be an added advantage)
* Minimum of 10 yrs Cognate experience in teaching, management and administration of a Secondary School
* Innovative and posseses strong leadership skills
* Familiar with National & International curricula
* Excellent ICT skills
* Excellent command of English Language
* Ability to engage & motivate staff / students
* Ability to develop and effectively implement policies, programmes, curriculum activities, budgets, goals, objectives, etc, that promote educational development of each student & staff.


SUBJECT TEACHERS (in addition to General requirements)

* A graduate with a minimum of B.Ed/PGDE in position applied for 
* Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in position applied for in a Secondary School
* Innovative and self motivated
* Familiar with National & International curricula
* Excellent ICT skills
* Excellent command of English Language
* Ability to creatively engage students
*Must be a WAEC/NECO Examiner


ADMIN OFFICER (in addition to General requirements)

* BSc. or HND Business Administration or similar fields
* A minimum of 2 years experience as the Admin Officer in a school
* Innovative and self motivated
* Excellent ICT skills
* Excellent command of English Language
* Excellent leadership skills
* Must be a meticulous and organised person


ACCOUNTANT/ACCOUNTS OFFICER (in addition to General requirements)

* BSc, HND or OND in Accounting
* Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a school
* Innovative and self motivated
* Good command of English language
* Excellent ICT skills


COOK & DRIVERS (in addition to General requirements)

* Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a school
* Innovative and self motivated
* Ability to speak and write in English


HOSTEL MATRON (in addition to General requirements)
* Experienced/Retired teacher or nurse
* Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hostel Matron in a Secondary School
* Innovative and self motivated
* Ability to speak and write in English
* Willingness to live in the Hostel
