The fact that you fell into the hands of scammers shew that you were after the very cheap offers. No experience or matured developer can ever accept this your offer. You'll only get amateurs and newbies with this offer. Website development is like buying cars. Don't think you're playing smart trying to get a site worth 150k for 15k.
