Sr. Business Analyst.
GoGagga Software is a software company based in Nigeria that builds and markets off-the-shelf software apps for the developing markets of Africa - as well as for North American markets through its subsidiary, Ikesoft Corp of Canada. Its self-service apps are the underlying technology behind kiosk-terminals, mobile checkout counters, and mobile ERP apps for businesses. It's Near Field Communication (NFC) store-of-value Cards, Apps & Platform are of particular value to SME’s as well as to Commercial and Micro Finance Banks in growing their client base and share of the processing market.

We seek a highly analytical Business Analyst, who can understudy our suite of software products, quickly become a Subject Matter Expert, document the current and future states, then visualize and design futuristic enhancements or spin-offs for both markets of Africa and North America. The successful candidate will preferably have a blend of experience in both North America and any emerging market and will need to have something in their profile that qualifies the depths of their analytical skills. The ideal candidate would also have some front-shop banking industry experience in any emerging market.

Tasks include:
- Maintain a thorough and current understanding of a broad range of banking applications for SMEs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to identify and recommend enhancements or modifications in an effort to continually improve on products.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external business partners to understand external partners business needs and maximize team impact.
- Automate and make process and tool improvement suggestions to drive operational efficiency
- Working across the SDLC of projects.
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
- Identify, elicit and document current-state and future-state functional business processes
- Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternative options for improving products.
- Elicit and document requirements for systems integration of new systems with existing systems and help the technical leads to document, design and implement solutions for the integrations.
- Problem-solving skills coupled with the can-do attitude.
- A strategic and analytical thinker who can link assigned tasks to the bigger picture.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Academic: Post-secondary degree. MBA B.A Certifications. Chess Tournaments (nice to have)
