6!/(2!)=sum of angles at a point.

Explanation 6 chalks can be arranged in 6! Ways
So we will divide by the how many way each of the identical item can be arranged
Identical here is AA it can be arranged in 2! ways
Thus
=6!/2!=6×5x4x3=360ways

This question is quite vague.

It is not even clear whether the two monochromatic chalks are to be always placed together or not. The possible answers are 5!/2 and 6!/2 according as whether the monochromatic chalks are to be or not to be placed together.

You do it for they can be placed or they can't be placed together. The question is very correct.
