Savings. You can get business capital via savings. If you intend to start a business some years down the line, you can start saving an amount of money monthly.

Grants. Your family members can give you a grant or money they don't intend to collect back from you. You can ask your brothers and sisters, cousins and nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles etc to give you 10,000 each and you can collate the amount collected and start a business with it.

Crowd Funding. There are websites like Kickstarter etc where you can pitch your business idea and receive funds by community members who believe in you. They will invest in your business for a small percentage of the profits. I don't know how it works out totally, but you can read about Crowd Funding online. You can also read about angel investors.
