He can’t be tried in Nigeria unless his country waived his diplomatic immunity.

I am sure if nigerian diplomat commits crime on their soil, he will be arrested first and detained for as long as it takes. Diplomatic immunity does not prevent arrest and detention. It is while in detention both countries negotiate. This is proper procedure. But in this case in nigeria, stupid immunity begins just for being White. This has nothing to do with Buhari. It is Law enforcement that needs to get to work and do the needful by taking fingerprint, mugshot and detain him while suspect country negotiate his bail.
