The current "Take a bow and go" screening policy for former legislators is totally out of place in this knowledge-driven age where the hallmarks of leadership at different spheres and levels are driven by effective interactions and active engagements. Every Minister-designate who REJOICES at being told to "bow and go" rather than REGRET the loss of an opportunity to share his or her ideas should be ashamed as a 21st century leader.

Meanwhile, anybody close to Festus Kenyamo SAN should tell him to get prepared for a tough screening. Above all, attempt will be made to get him agitated and rude, and eventually rejected. He should keep his cool and try to be a GOOD BOY to get over the line.
