Finally!! Are you using windows XP or Vista or win 7? if your using vista or 7 just go to accessories and look for "Snipping Tool".

If your on xp. . . just go here

OR

you can just open up paint and press the "print Screen " key on your keyboard, then open up the paint window and paste (this method captures the whole screen). .

insteading of pasting in MSWORD, why dont you go to start>accessories and paste it in paint? save it as a jpeg, that way you can paste it as a picture so we dont have to download the word document?
