My HP is not charging, the #2 Battery is blank - showing not present. I know little about repair. The removable battery is new. but the #1 is showing charging and 100%. please your assistance will be appreciated |

i have the same issue here with my sony vaio it reads ''battery #1 charging" but it is stucked at 0%. does any one has a clue |
