Please , I need Some one to explain to me what is going on at Sangetedo Ajah concerning landed properties and ownership . I wanted to purchase a piece of land at Sunview Estate opp Crown estate Ajah but it was noticed that the back of most estate there is not well built like the Opposite side of the road like Novare mall.
And it's raising a red flag to my partner who is opposing my decision to buy into the Sunview Estate.
Someone also mention all lands in sangotedo is federal land and is mapped for agriculture.
