So many people including the incumbent President are bent on winning the 2011 elections but have failed to publish their Manifesto for us to see.I cannot vote for anybody who has no plans for true federalism,quality education,resource control and equality of all Nigerians irrespective of ethnic affiliations.Rotimi Amaechi's education miracle in Rivers State should be emulated and applied across the country,
