Employing a “President” We need to start thinking of moving away from Elections (especially in Africa) and start thinking of employing leaders to run the country. The process of recycling politicians is simply a try and error approach that has never yielded profit. Forget about pride, tribe, nationality, religion or population, if we employ a world class proven entrepreneur to run our country, it will blossom in few years. Africa has one of the most untapped resources in the world, I will say it as is “we are wealthy” and can afford to employ top world entrepreneurs to transform these resources into wealth. Advantages of employing a “President”: • No strings attached, you can FIRE him/her any time if they don’t perform (No need of waiting 8 miserable years) • Everyone will be treated equally (All tribes, all region and religion) • Our judicial system will be strengthen • World class medical facilities and world class doctors will be employed • Quality education system • Tourism and other sectors will blossom. Guys, what do you think? 1 Like 2 Shares |
