Liberia is a country that is still trying to recover from war. The rate of poverty in Liberia is probably the reason for such performance. If you've been there before, you'd know that they don't even have good teachers in the first place so it's expected that so many students from their country will fail exams. They rely on Nigeria for a lot of things. |
