13. Now tap on the Finish button.

14. Unzip or extract the configuration files that you downloaded and copy them to the VPN client installed folder on your device.

15. For the client-end device with Windows operating system, adjust or modify the VPN interface name as NETGEAR-VPN:

- Turn on your computer and visit the Network page. If you are using Windows 10 operating system, then choose the Control panel >>> Network and Sharing Center >>> Change Adapter settings.
- In the local area connection list, search for the local area connection with the device name and then tap on Windows Adapter.
- Choice the local area connection and shift its name to NETGEAR-VPN.
- If you do not change or alter the VPN interface name, you may find the VPN tunnel connection failure.
