This man is not a soldier according to this statement. You see the reasons why Nigeria can not work with Hausa people in the military.

You must be loyal to your country first. The citizens comes first before anyone. You see that this man is not a well-trained soldier.

The man does not know his job description. He surely is not well trained that's why he can't motivate the soldiers into battle and change tactic.
You protect the president when you have too, you don't have to be loyal him you can only take lawful order from him General. This people bring out the worst in me all the time.
