A mild drama ensued yesterday as it emerged that APC Senator Aliyu Wamakko who is under EFCC investigation for embezzlement of 15 Billion Naira while he was Governor of Sokoto state between 2007 and 2015, has become a member of the Senate Committee on Anti-Corruption. This development has left observers wondering how seriously the governing APC government is taking the anti-corruption fight.
