@poster. The truth is:there is no 3bed in ikoyi for 1.6m.if you include dolphin estate,we have 2bed there for 800k.if you don't mind abdulahi estate at the entrance from obalende,fine. The cheapest 3bed goe's for 3.5m parkview.2bed 2.5m off awolowlo road. If you get for 1.6m which is not impossible but the landlord must like your face to accept. However there is a lady that want to sublet her 3bed at lugard,the landlord had given her the go ahead cos she need to relocate. You want to deal?then reach me:07040972083,08055638643. |
