When I was growing up, I used to eat this caterpillar, called, "Ehururu-Ngwo" in Igbo Language. It is usually found on palm wine trees ("Ngwo"wink or palm trees and it is a tasty delicacy, as well as, rich in protein. It is more of an appetizer than a full meal.

What about you? Have you eaten it? How was it prepared(roasted, boiled and sauced, etc)?
