Frequently Asked Question, HELP by Nobody: 9:47am On Aug 05, 2019
Good day nairalanders,

I went for site inspection at Igbogun, ibeju Lekki, lagos state.
Where we have dangote refinery, lekki free trade zone, lekki deep sea port.
This actual property is 1 hour from Amen estate ( apkororo estate along Epe road). It is also 30 minutes from dangote refinery along ibeju lekki road.
Let me just say it is 2 hours from lagos mainland from google map.
What is your advice on investing in properties between Epe and ibeju lekki? Which is preferable from future development?

In time Will the ocean current flow into this properties realtors are selling out now ?
Is there any risk of purchasing properties from these real estate company selling lands at igbogun, ibeju lekki?
Is it wise to pay for survey fee, development fee which are quite expensive at this stage when the property and environment is not yet developed?

Do you live in ibeju lekki, is there a community rift between villagers and these realtors?
Please just say your general thought about this?
Help out !
