An indigenous Oil and Gas Services firm with proven capacity for supporting clients/major projects in the areas of pre-commissioning, maintenance of production facilities, training and procurement is currently looking to hire the services of a General Manager.

Qualifications
• Must have an MBA
• Must have a minimum of 12 years’ experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Managerial role.
Responsibilities
• Designing overall company- wide strategy for growth and sustainability
• Planning, Coordinating and managing all Business activities to achieve the corporate strategy.
• Providing direct management of key functional managers within the TBESL Team.
• Evaluating Departmental and Company performance and devising plans for improvement.
• Developing and implementing company-wide policies and performance standards.
• Managing overall service delivery to clients
• Communicating strategy and results to employees.
• Engaging in key customer activities
