It is simply outrageous to say that our security chiefs and political leaders are yet to figure out strategy/ strategies to combat these ongoing security menace. Issues of herdsman kidnapping, fulani kidnapping, Yorubas kidnapping, ibos kidnapping can easily be quenched by creating a law to kill these people. Security risk is one of the biggest threat to economic growth in the country, foreign investments and our collective peace in the country.

Let's create a death penalty law backed by the house to stop this nonsense called kidnapping. Similar law was enacted to stop drug crimes and robberies in the past. Statistically, it worked. Because, it checked these vices back then.

Why is this law so difficult to create statewide and nationally?
