He would definitely not go unpunished, no whatever transpires between him and the civilian that provoked him to shoot the poor man he would suffer for not been able to control his anger

It is a shame that the NA has overtaken the NPF in the bribe collecting index. The way they litter the Wukari-Jalingo-Yola express way collecting bribes is worrisome. Whatever happened to the discipline always associated with the army. How did things deteriorate to this level? Are they no longer paid?
