I graduated this July (b.sc) from eastern Mediterranean university in Cyprus and now i got an admission into a university named altinbas in turkey for a masters degree.i want to apply for visa to Turkey in time to register for my new school but my certificate isn't ready.so my question is can i apply for the visa with a scanned copy of my certificate and transcripts of my bachelor's degree together with my acceptance letter since I'm back in nigeria and the certificate is in Cyprus.
