See how those who have governed Nigeria the most are those who fail exams the most. Any wonder why nothing works? While no one is really inherently dull 'upstairs', environmental conditions, mindset and preparation do matter. If you do not prepare to succeed, you're preparing to fail. By every known data, Northern Nigeria is preparing to fail. Unfortunately, it is dragging the entire country with it. Osun and Oyo have become embarrassments. They now compete with the North. Ogun is 19th. Also quite unimpressive.
