Thanks for the update. That is what an officer told me also. Though he didn't mention January.

So we should be expecting list now by January not dis month again

some one told me the issues of promotion has been resolved ,that they did promotion last two months,what is holding d list now is mode of training ,that d ministry want Nscdc to conduct training in all state commands just like what d immigration did,but d cg want it to be done at training school.And he said within this week they will decide and list will be release,and documentation will commence in January
