If you want to die or smile while getting killed, it's your choice. But there's nothing in the Bible that says we should not get enraged and seek to spiritually enforce a fierce and speedy divine judgment and curse on those who kill at random and shed innocent blood at a whim.

Prayers and curses work like gamble. When the odds are high with a good probability, you can get lucky. Oyedepo's curses or prayers don't have any effect on the herdsmen. A good government is what can work.
