Udenwa apologizes over choice of Ohakim in 2007 From VAL OKARA, Owerri Wednesday, October 20, 2010 Photo: Sun News publishing More Stories on This Section The former governor of Imo State, Chief Achike Udenwa, yesterday tendered an unreserved apology to the people of the state over his role in installing Chief Ikedi Ohakim as governor of the state in 2007. Udenwa, however, admitted stopping the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate Senator Ifeanyi Araraume’s ambition in 2007.
