Gov. Simon Lalong of tableland and Chairman Northern Governors Forum has urged Nigerians in diaspora to speculate reception and facilitate to scale back state among the youths. Lalong created the decision whereas delivering a keynote speech at the 2019 Annual Convention of the Zumunta Association (an umbrella body of Nigerians from nineteen Northern States) in Minnesota-United States of America.
