EDUCATION IS MORE THAN AN A4 PAPER.

Awww how beautiful and superb it is to graduate with a first class or second class upper honours, so beautiful right?
Because you will have higher percentage of job opportunities and admirations, yes it is a lot of hard work and I indisputably commend your efforts because you're great, yes you've really worked hard and may God reward your hard work.

But do you know there are differences between your certificate and your personality in the world of reality? There's difference between passing through school and school passing through you.

In continuation, when you sustain a job with your certificate at a massive company, can your personality help maintain the job? What leadership quality do you possess to uplift your position in the company? What about your Communication skill? Your patience with co-worker during stress, and what about your relationship with your boss? Does your co-worker see you as a good leader or do your general manager see you as a potential good successor? What about coping with envious and jealous individuals?

All these attributes are essential criteria to unleashing the door of greatness! And you don't get all these only by A4 paper, it is not 1+1 nor calculous.

It's called self development;

Self development comes prior to experiences you've had, not just that, but how you've been able to learn from it and apply it to your everyday activities and relationship with people outside.

Like how do you handle aggression? How do you cope with stress? This is not mainly under the collection of career and work place alone, it also involves your home and neighborhood environment.

I'm not telling you to involve them in a physical combatant war, but what if that is the requirements to stop being pressed down beyond your level? And the only thing is to protect your dignity, respect, prestige, reputation and family(love ones). There's a quote common amongst comrades I had. it says " I rather die standing than live on my knees" yes it is real, learn to fight for your living.

But it's best if you don't have to go physical with them perhaps, but through your composure and intellectual approaches, no one will tell them to desist before they do. You will encounter lots of negative people who would become competitive and wants to bring you down to their level. But your SELF DEVELOPMENT AND COMPOSURE will save you not certificate this time.

As much as academic certificate is important so as self development is vital.
Most especially have God!!

And to the young ones reading this write up, please note that academic grade is very important and make you sure you have a good grade.
