1. Check whether the gravity return water of the vacuum pump speed control pump can lead the condenser. If the water return volume is small, the water seal bag cannot be sealed and the water pump seal water should be returned to the trench.
2. Check that the vacuum damage door is closed and does not leak.
3. Check whether the extraction pipe and the cylinder connected to the vacuum pump can leak air. The air leakage here reduces the vacuum when the load is reduced, and the vacuum rises slightly after the load increases.
4. Check that the steam outlet of the condenser is closed and does not leak.
5. Check whether the water level of the low-pressure heater under normal pressure conditions is normal, and whether the floor drain gate can be tight.
6. Check that the water level gauge of the vacuum system is not split or leaking.
7. Check whether the water seal, pipe, flange or welded joint of the vacuum system valve is not tight, especially the expansion tank or the boiler start separator to the condenser pipe and valve port.
8. Check that the safety valve of the vacuum pump low pressure cylinder is free of air and no suction.
