I just received this mail from roleplaycareers after applying for a customer service representative job.

Kindly be advised, successful completion of the training is a prerequisite to be considered an ideal fit (candidate) and referred by us to the financial services institution, who will then proceed to shortlist you to attend a confirmed interview with them.

I need to know the authenticity of this.. does anyone have details about them?? Pls I need answers urgently.
