Lexus all the way, they are not even comparable at all. Lexus is Toyota, Acura is Honda. My opinion though

07 and 08 RX was facelifted and badged as RX350 cause it carried a 3.5L against the 3.3L.

The battle between both vehicles has always been extreme.

pick the Lexus for fuels economy, Ease of use and reliability.

Pick the MDX if you dare to be different and love sporty rides.
