That's a SAN by God's Will. Now, do you know The 1999 Constitution has not been ACCEPTED? The 3 Tiers of Government Members simply swore to obey the Constitution of The Federal Republic of Nigeria without caring to know that it was a hurriedly promulgated military ORDER given them. And that The NASS and The 36 State Assemblies NEEDED A SUPLIMENTARY ACT OF ACCEPTANCE VOTED FOR BY TWO-THIRD MAJORITIES OF ALL THE VARIOUS ASSEMBLIES AND THE SENATE. ALSO THIS RITUAL SHOULD BE REPEATED EVERY FOUR YEARS OF NEW ELECTIONS. We have been handling illigality since 1999. This is why The Fulanis and The Military have been riding us as HORSES.
