Your Family Size: you need to consider how many of you are in the family, including relatives & domestic staff.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Number of times you eat in a day: you need to consider the number of meals you eat on a regular day. Most families eat only twice a day. Some only once. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Diet Conditions: is there any member of the family on a compulsory health diet? Or babies who wouldn't eat your adult meals? Then you should plan for them separately. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
